Salad with Low Fat Pizza Express House dressing 1 tbs = 1 Syn
Dinner: Linda McCartney Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages, mashed potatoes & Veg
Low Fat Yogurt & Fruit
Snacks: Curly Wurly = 6 syns Wotsits = 4.5 syns
