INGREDIENTS
1 cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 green onion, chopped
12 oz cans diced tomatoes
4 cup low-fat chicken broth
1⁄3 cup salsa
1⁄2 red pepper, chopped
1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
3 stalk (up to 4) celery, chopped
1⁄3 cup fresh cilantro
1⁄2 tsp cumin
1⁄2 tsp chili powder
1⁄2 tsp basil
4 tbsp fat-free sour cream
4 tbsp flour, to thicken (I only use 1 because I don’t like thick soup)
