1. Follow a healthy eating plan to satisfy your appetite by filling up on healthy, everyday foods
You don’t have to deprive your appetite in order to lose weight, you don’t have to give up delicious meals or get yourself hungry. Optimize your diet with normal food like fruits and vegetables, pasta, potatoes, and rice, lean meat and fish. These foods are filling and naturally low in calories. And they are the main ingredients of many usual dishes like curries, pasta dishes, roasts etc.
2. Don’t try to ban your favourite foods
Trying to refrain from your cravings can be counterproductive to healthy eating as it can cause you to want more of those foods. Once you start on craving for certain foods it’s only a matter of time before you give in and worst consumed them without control. Having sweet or alcoholic indulgence once in a while is okay and will never make you feel guilty or deprived.
