Strawberry Lemonade Crinkle Cookies

My kids love it so much when I make colorful cookies, they enjoy eating each color at a time ! Check out these strawberry lemonade crinkle cookies and let me know what you think.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box of Betty Crocker Delights Super moist lemon cake.
  • 1 box of Betty Crocker Delights Super moist strawberry cake.
  • 4 eggs.
  • ⅔ cup of cooking oil.
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar.

DIRECTIONS

  1. In two bowls, mix each box of cake with 2 eggs and ⅓ cup of oil until well combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll a nickel size portion of each flavor on your hands then roll the two balls together into a single ball.
  3. Roll the balls in powdered sugar and arrange on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  4. In a preheated oven to 325° bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Let cook and enjoy !

Easy, peasy and yummy ! These cookies are a must try guys ! I make these on extra and store them in an airtight container for a week or so.
