Spicy-Sweet Pecans

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients except the pecans and egg white.

In a second bowl, mix together the egg white and 1 tbsp of water until foamy then stir in the pecans.

Mix the pecan mixture with the sugar mixture to coat then spread the mixture in a lightly greased aluminum foil lined half sheet pan.

In a preheated oven to 275° bake for 50 to 55 minutes stirring 2 or 3 times while cooking.

Spread on wax paper and let cool.

Easy, peasy and spicy ! These spicy sweet pecans are just perfect, you can make them on extra and store them in an airtight container for a week or so.
