The world of syns, namely McDonalds syns if you are following a healthy lifestyle, sometimes there is nothing like a cheeky maccies to make your day.
The following items have calculated syns from the McDonalds menu using the 20 cals to 1 syn rule, and have no meat/dairy allowance. These are my own findings so please double check if you are unsure.
If you are truly dedicated and good.. try something like the Chicken and bacon salad it’s only 1.5 Syns washed down with a sugar free/diet soft drink and a Apple and grape fruit bag. But if that’s a little boring for you try choosing something like chicken nuggets and a small fries.
