Green/Vegetarian – 1 HEb and 5 syns (for 3 cookies)
WW Smart Points – 4 per cookie
Gluten Free – ensure oats are gluten-free
Dairy Free – use coconut oil instead of butter
If not using your healthy extra B, you can enjoy 1 cookie for 4 syns
Ingredients
200g/7oz of oats (5xHEb)
45g/1.6oz of brown sugar
3 tbs of sukrin:1 (or another sweetener of choice)
3 tbs of butter
15g/0.5oz of raisins, sliced in half
1 egg
½ tsp of vanilla extract
½ tsp of cinnamon
½ tsp of baking soda
2 tbs of water
