Ingredients:
4 Chicken breasts cut into chunks
1 Egg, Beaten
Crushed Sea Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Chilli Flakes (optional)
Fry Light
Method:
Roll the chicken in the egg and then roll on a plate which has the sea salt, pepper, and chilli flakes if you like it with a kick.
Put on a baking tray, sprayed with frylight and cook in oven for approx 20 mins or until chicken cooked.
Can also be used to make chips. substitute the chicken for potatoes cut into chips.
