INSTRUCTIONS:
In small saucepan, over medium heat, whisk milk, splenda, cornstarch and cocoa until blended.
Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate. Over low heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil two minutes. Sitir in vanilla. Spoon into four dessert dishes or custard cups. Cover with plastic wrap. refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours.
