The Quintessential Chicken Salad

I can have this salad as a main dish ! It’s super easy and quick to prepare, and it tastes really good. Check out how rich and flavory this quintessential chicken salad is !

INGREDIENTS

½ cup of plain fat free greek yogurt.

1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.

½ cup of chopped green onions.

1 cup of halved red seedless grapes.

1 tbsp of chopped fresh flat leaf parsley.

1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper.

½ cup of mayonnaise.

1 tbsp of dijon mustard.

4 cups of chopped cooked chicken.

1 cup of diced celery.

1 tbsp of chopped fresh dill.

1 tsp of kosher salt.

½ cup of toasted roughly chopped almonds.
