Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and salt until well combined.

In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter together for 5 minutes using a mixer at medium speed.

Mix in the vanilla and egg until well combined then add the flour mixture and beat to combine.

Fold in the toffee bits and stir.

On 2 baking sheets coated with cooking spray, drop the dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.

In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 11 minutes and let cook completely before serving.
