DIRECTIONS
Crumble the graham crackers in a food processor and stir in the sugar, ground cinnamon and melted butter to form the crust.
Press the mixture into a 9 inch pie dish and refrigerate.
Mix together the boiling water and gelatin powder in a large bowl to dissolve then pour in 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of ice cubes and stir to thicken.
Mix the cool whip topping with the gelatine mixture until fluffy then mix in the strawberries.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and add to the pie crust.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or so and serve topped with cool whip and slice strawberry.
Simple, easy and yummy ! This no bake strawberry cream pie is best served… well, you can have it whenever you want ! That’s what I do ! I eat until there’s nothing left to eat !
