Mom’s Banana Bread

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, beat together the sugar and butter using a mixer at medium speed.

Mix in the banana, milk, sour cream and egg whites and beat until well combined.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and salt until well combined then add to the wet mixture and mix to combine.

In 5x2x1/2 miniature loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray, spoon the batter.

In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 45 minutes and cook in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Simple, easy and yummy ! We don’t have bread much, so when I bake some, I try to give it my best, and this mom’s recipe is worth it ! Give it a shot.
