DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix together the strawberries, amaretto and ¼ cup of sugar and set aside for 30 minutes stirring frequently.
In a large bowl, mix together ¼ cup of sugar and whipping cream with an electric mixer then stir in the mascarpone cheese and vanilla.
In 6 (9 ounce) bowls, layer the ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture and top with the strawberry mixture.
