DIY Alkaline Water Recipe
Ingredients:
- — 1 large glass jar (Avoid plastic utensils, since they are full of toxins)
- — 1 tbsp. Himalayan salt
- — 2l filtered water
- — 1 lemon (always go for organic to get best benefits)
Directions:
First, pour water in glass jar. Then, rinse lemon well and slice it. Next, throw in the lemon with its peel. Finally, add Himalayan salt and seal jar well. Let the liquid sit for a day at a room temperature.
Consumption: Drink three glasses per day before breakfast.
