This is how to prepare this lung-cleansing drink:
INGREDIENTS
- 400g of onion
- A thumb- sized ginger root
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 400g of natural sweetener (honey, stevia, maple syrup, xylitol, lo han, etc.)

INSTRUCTIONS:
