Sorry guys I’ve been a little MIA the past couple of days. My sweet mother in law had a stroke and things have been a bit crazy. All this stress led to a longing to get my hands on something sweet . Just in time for the Fourth ; how about some crazy keto cheesecake dip ???
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese ( room temp )
- 1 cup swerve granulated sugar replacement
- (Add swerve or any other sugar replacement slowly into mixture until desired level of sweetness is reached)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream,
Steps:
- Start by beating heavy whipping cream until it has peaks. Set Aside . Blend all other ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until completely mixed. Refrigerate for one hour .. Enjoy !!!
- You can use this for dipping berried etc. but to be quite honest I keep some in the fridge stored in an old coop whip container and savor a spoonful when I can’t satisfy my sweet tooth !!!
