Low Carb Keto Egg & Sausage Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut flour

6 eggs

1/2 cup ground sausage

1 cup cheddar

2 Tbsp butter melted

pinch of salt

Optional Additions

green onions chopped

Instructions

Preset oven to 350F.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour evenly in a 6-cavity muffin pan.

Bake in oven for 12 minutes.
