Loaded Baked Potato Salad

DIRECTIONS

Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard in a medium bowl. Mix in ¾ of the chopped chives, salt and pepper until well combined. Add in the cheese and bacon.

Chill covered for 30 minutes.

For the potatoes, peel and cube them to ½ inch cubes and cook in salted water.

Once cooled slightly, add the potatoes to the dressing and garnish with some chives.

Easy, peasy and yummy ! I can have as much as my stomach can take of this amazing salad ! It’s so delicious, I promise you, you won’t get enough ! Give it a shot, you won’t regret it !
