1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
Splenda granular, equivalent to 1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup canned evaporated skim milk
Frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed (optional)
Additional ground cinnamon or ground nutmeg (optional)
