INGREDIENTS:
– 1 carrot
– 1 green apple
– 1 beet
– 150 ml of water
– Ice
We recommend that both fruits and vegetables keep a ratio in size so that you get to incorporate to the smoothie an equal amount of each ingredient.
PREPARATION:
Wash all the ingredients well, cut them into pieces and incorporate them in the blender along with the water and the ice. Blend until smooth and all ingredients incorporated.
