DAY 2
Breakfast: Three scrambled eggs with spinach or one cup of oats (steel cut) with almonds, seeds, berries
Snack: a bowl of nuts
Lunch: Grilled zucchini with yellow and red peppers with a lemon, thyme and vinegar dressing or a shredded red or green cabbage salad and lemon juice carrots, chopped parsley, salt, olive oil
Dinner: Steamed green vegetables cooked with a vegetable casserole and bean soup or a baked cod with stir-fried bok Choy and roasted Brussels sprouts and turnips
Don’t forget to drink a lot of water (65 to 100 oz / 2 to 3 liters daily).
DAY 3
Breakfast: An omelet made of three eggs with shrimp and a salad made of radish, walnuts, and sautéed kale, or a cup of oats (steel cut) with seeds, berries or almonds
Snack: a bowl of nuts
Lunch: Roasted chicken with onion, thyme, and black olives or chicken thighs roasted with lemon, sage, rosemary
Dinner: Penne pasta with brown rice and a sauce made of tomato, basil, and mushrooms or vegetable broth of onions, celery, thyme, carrots, garlic, and bay leaves with mushrooms
Don’t forget to drink a lot of water (65 to 100 oz / 2 to 3 liters daily).
During this period, you can drink green tea, a cup of black unsweetened coffee daily, or a detox mixture of fresh rosemary or mint tea and oranges, blueberries, grapefruits or strawberries.
