DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl except the raspberries.
Once well combined, stir in the raspberries and spoon the batter into greased 12 regular size muffin cups.
In a preheated oven to 400° bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Let cool a bit before removing to a wax rack to cool.
Simple, easy and yummy ! I serve these muffins warm and I drizzle some white chocolate over the top once they’re cooled. Give it a shot, you will love it !
