DIRECTIONS
Mix together the eggs, cream, parmesan, parsley, salt and olive oil in a large bowl until well combined.
Fry the bacon in a large pan until crisp then crumble.
Sauté the onion in 1 to 2 tbsps of the bacon grease and mix in the chicken pieces.
Drain the pasta and mix in the onion-chicken mixture until well combined.
Pour the egg and cream sauce into the pasta and mix over low heat for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and mix in the bacon.
