3 cups all-purpose flour

1 (3.4-oz) package instant lemon pudding

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1-1/2 cups butter, room temperature (3 sticks)

2-3/4 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

6 large eggs

8 ounces sour cream

2 Tbsp lemon zest

Glaze

1-1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp butter, melted
