INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
2 apples, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup sliced celery
2 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts
lettuce leaves, optional
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except walnuts and lettuce leaves and toss well.
Place on lettuce leaves if desired and garnish with walnuts.
