What is the Method Dr. Fukutsuji Created ?
The method created by the Japanese doctor simply involved a towel and five minutes of your time. You might be thinking, “Is that really it ?” The answer is yes, it is, and a few things to do. You need a thick towel and roll it in a sausage. You can use a tape or string to hold it in place. Have a hard and flat surface that you can lie down on. Use the towel and place it under your back, just at the height of your navel.
Make sure your toes are touching and your feet are shoulder-width apart. Now let’s focus on the arms. Stretch them above your head, palms down and pinky fingers touching. Now simply stay on this position for five minutes. After five minutes, you can get up or sit down, but do so as slowly as possible. Do this for a couple of times in a week, and you’ll surely be losing pounds in no time.
