1. Broccoli Detox Soup

Ingredients:

2.5 cups broccoli florets

1 onion, finely diced

2 carrot, peeled and finely chopped

2 tablespoons collagen (optional)

2 tablespoons coconut oil

3 celery stalks, finely diced

1 cup kale or spinach

2 cups vegetable or bone broth

Juice of ½ lemon

½ teaspoon sea salt

Preparation:

Start by heating the coconut oil and then put the broccoli, celery sticks and onion. Let them cook for about 5 minutes and stir them from time to time.

Then pour the broth, and leave it to boil and then simmer for another five minutes, until it becomes soft.

In the end, blend it to make it even and homogenous.

2. Carrot Ginger Detox Soup

Ingredients:

2 pounds carrots, chopped

6 cups bone or vegetable broth

3 garlic cloves, chopped

Sea salt, black pepper and onion powder to taste

2 tablespoons plain protein or collagen powder (optional)

2 onions, peeled and chopped

3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

1 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil

Preparation:

Put the garlic, ginger, broth and carrots in a pan. Leave it until it starts to boil and then leave it to simmer.

After that, take the onions and put them in a sauté pan and put the ghee. Cook until it becomes like a caramel.

Put the ingredients and the onions in a blender and blend them until they get homogenous.

In the end, put some seasonings and the coconut milk and mix.

3. Red Lentil Detox Soup

Ingredients:

¼ cup coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee

1 apple, peeled and chopped

2 large carrots, peeled and chopped

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

½ teaspoon paprika

1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and minced

Coconut cream for topping, optional

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped

1 small white onion, chopped

½ cup red lentils, rinsed

½ teaspoon chili powder

4.5 cups bone or vegetable broth

½ teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation:

Pour the oil in a pot and heat on medium heat. Then add the onion, apple, carrots and sweet potatoes.

Cook the vegetables and apples for about ten minutes or until the onions become crystallized.

Then put the broth, paprika, chili powder, cumin, ginger and lentils. Then leave it to boil and after let it simmer for about thirty minutes or until everything is soft.

Put the ingredient in blender and blend them.

Then pour the mixture in the pot one more time to simmer, and if you need you can add some more water.
In the end, add some seasonings and coconut cream to improve the taste.
