7. Ginger
Ginger can significantly reduce inflammation and pain due to the strong anti-inflammatory properties it possesses. It can improve the blood’s circulation, which in turn relieves sore muscles.
It is recommended to use ginger oil to massage the painful area 2-3 times a day until the pain is gone. You can also drink ginger tea 2-3 times a day.

You can also mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with raw honey and a cup of warm water and drink this two times a day.

People who have vitamin D deficiency often experience backache, body aches, thigh pain as well as leg pain.
In addition, this vitamin is essential for the regulation of calcium and phosphorus which are extremely important for the proper function of the nerves and muscles.

10. Potassium
A potassium deficiency is considered as another cause of leg pain. A deficiency in this mineral prevents dehydration and helps with the proper function of nerves and muscles.
Try to include more potassium-rich foods in your diet such as bananas, potatoes, plums, and tomato juice. You can also take it as a supplement, but however, make sure to consult your doctor first.
